I got a client and toke over a business, to re-locate a sink I had to submit architectural and plumbing plans to be routed to a 3rd party plan checker, I recommend my client to talk to the building official to ask for help and avoid all the plans check delays. Man! They don't care a peanut, if they delayed you, if you get discouraged by their heavy requisites or if you're losing money because of your closed business rent
