I would not recommend a trip at that time. There are a lot of coyote and even a mountain lion spotted now & then. You also would be in danger of homeless/ taggers and on top of that violated the trail hours in danger of the Park Rangers.

I haven't seen any. But it I've heard they have things going on. But it's a nice place.i would go at that time so you should be good just be aware there is wild life out there

Go on a full moon so that you dont need flashlight. Also look it up on YouTube they have some stories you need to see

I did not see if there is a gate that locks, but there are posted opening times. I believe it is 9-5 till end of May and 8-6 in the summer. You may indeed get a fine if you go after it is closed
