Is it dog friendly? On leash/off leash?

dog friendly yes. rules are all dogs on leash and rangers are very bored and will issue tickets unfortunately. I think the earlier you go the better off you'll be. but due to the new park hours that makes it tuff. heads up for coyotes and deer!

Lots of coyotes if you go very early. On my last run, saw 9 total, with one that followed me for half a mile. Be careful!
