Hellman Park is the entrance if you're going to be there from 9-5, that is when the park is open and after hours you have to look for areas with no preferential parking.
Visit www.HabitatAuthority.org or city of Whittier website for the restricted parking map. Visitors can park outside of this area.
Park in residential area where permit signs are non existent.
