No, you can just come to the shelter, take a tour of the kennel area and when you find the dog you are interested in adopting write down the animal ID number and take a photo of him/her if possible. Take this information with you to the front counter, fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee which is around $122.00 and take it from there. Good luck to you!
