I’m only reviewing the Amazon drop off feature. The Amazon drop off feature is located inside the Kohl’s on the right-side entrance of the store. You can enter this side through the parking lot in the back of the Stonewood Mall Center. This drop off feature is convenient because you don’t have to repackage your items that you’re returning to Amazon. The worker who took my items was okay, she didn’t talk much but was patient for me to pull up the bar scan codes. You get a coupon for 25% to spend at Kohl’s when you return items to Amazon.

yes they will send you a notification once it is done and you go to the kohls you plcaed your order and then once you are there they have a sign outside with a number and you stay in your vehicle and they will put it in your trunck or back seat for you
