Yes, but as a general rule, you have to surrender him/her at the front counter and be ready to answer some questions as to why you are surrendering him/her. I think you would have to pay around $25.00 for doing this and you are not allowed to stay with him/her when they do the procedure. Another option is to take him/her to an animal hospital where they will let you stay and say good by inspite of the fact that you might have to pay around $50.00 for the euthanasia procedure. I am very sorry that you have to go through this and I sincerely wish that I can help you in some way.
