Best Buy love it hate it we all go there. Normally the Customer service is great. This time it was an effort for the gentleman to help me. I came in for a water filter and they had to order it on line. I brought my water filter to match it to the new one. Only thing was I forgot my stupid glasses. I couldn't read a thing. So I needed help so I asked the first Best Buy employee to help me. He just looked at me. Turn and proceeded to the filter area. Nope we don't have it but we can order it. Okay I said please order it. He said you can go on line and order it. I explain in addition to not being able to see I had just moved to a new home and my internet would not be available for a couple of days. He then walked over to the computer and began ordering it. It took a day later then promised. Not a big deal. ALL IN ALL IT WAS BAD. BUT THE GUY WHO WAITED ON ME SHOULD FIND A JOB OUT OF THE CUSYOMER SERVICE FIELD.

Well i have to be completely honest when I say that the installation department made up for the horrible customer service i experience prior. And it just so happened that he was alone because the other worker called off but he had GREAT communication skills an I loved the fact that he took the time to explain everything about car stereos and how to go about he answered all my questions and kept it very professional. If you all don't know get that 200 dollar insurance because it is very much worth i don't have all the details but anything you buy from them is insured and installation is covered thank you best buy for making things so much easier and for having honest people that we can trust to leave our cars too.. Now we just have to work on the hiring department so they can hire the right people with good customer service 💪

Check online never seen one in-store but i think you would have to go in for price matching. They can order anything for you in-store as long as its off the Best Buy web site. It's very convenient if your already there. Then just pick it up on a later date.

Best bet is to call your nearest store. Some stores may have it in stock while others dont. If they don't, they will give you locations of nearest stores that do have it in stock.
They do offer cell phone repair
