My husband has a big van in the garage since 23years it's non operating,plus some boxes having old stuff ,so no body can use the garage my son got a new car he do not want to parking in the street what we can do to get rid of the van

Call one of the non-profits that ask for cars, running or not.
They'll tow it away and you might get a small tax deduction.

If your husband is still alive just ask him to move it!!! If not call legal aid and they can tell what you need too do? Or DMV can perhaps direct you.......
