Paid them lots of money to have my records erased. This was years ago. Got a good job and after a year they did a background check and saw I had a felony. They let me go. Then I checked my record myself and saw they only took care of 2 misdemeanors. I could of did that myself. I do not recommend they. To any body!

Stephen Plantan was awesome. He was very patient explaining everything to me. He sent the paperwork when he promised.

I waited to leave a review until I knew for sure that everything was finalized and official. I have to be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first because after signing up and paying the fee I could never get ahold of anyone by phone. I read some reviews from others complaining about the same thing and thought to myself, what did I get myself into. But, then I remembered them telling me that the best way to contact them is through the portal they set you up on. And sure enough every time I sent a question through the portal they would respond within 1-2 days. I started the process in the heart of the Covid lockdowns so it took some time to get the courts to be responsive but it finally happened and they were able to do exactly what they promised me. My rights have finally and officially been restored after 20 years of having this over my head and limiting me from many things in life. It feels so great knowing that my second chance has been granted and I can confidently check that “no” box for any criminal history questions. Just make sure to constantly check in on the portal because they will send you emails and files that doesn’t always get forwarded to your personal email. Make sure to follow all the directions they give you and everything will go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Higbee and Associates to anyone looking to have their records expunged. I had a great experience and am very thankful for everything they have done for me. I feel like a new life has begun for me. Thanks again Higbee & Associates! Keep up the great work, everyone deserves a second chance in life and you are definitely the right people who can help make that happen!

Stephen was very helpful and informative. I was really nervous about being sued by one of my creditors and he made me feel at ease helping me with the right paperwork to file to the courts. I definitely recommend there services.

In California, it can take anywhere between 6 weeks to 5 months to expunge a robbery conviction. The time frame will depend on the county, age of the case, whether or not you violated probation, and whether or not the District Attorney Objects to the expungement. The longer time frames are generally for courts that are backed up with cases.

At this time, Higbee & Associates does not practice medical malpractice law. We recommend that you contact the California Bar Association, or if it occurred in another state, contact the bar association of that state. The state bar association should be able to refer you to a competent attorney to assist you.
