The employee's aren't really friendly. They let you stand there no greeting or someone will be with right with you nothing. This is my second time going there and both times they where the same. Me being a woman they look at me like I don't know much and I didn't like it appciate that.

This location has always been quick to handle fixing my truck. I've never been there longer than overnight. Free laundry machines on site and dog get lots of pets.

We take our truck in for service and repairs. They seem to be a one sided place they take our $ but we never get our truck fixed. It’s in for the same thing all the time. Would like one time to have our truck fixed and not have to return a week later for same thing.

Yes! We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
We strongly encourage our employees and customers to wear masks and we clean each of our stores thoroughly every night in accordance with the CDC guidelines.

Ronald, thank you for taking the time to write something on here. Can you provide me some specifics? Where did you witness this? Who is the mechanic and do you have direct knowledge that TCC was adding hours to a truck? This is not an acceptable practice by us and would be dealt with swiftly. Looking forward to your reply.
