Not helpful at all, I recently had a phone call with them, got asked a bunch of questions of my previous jobs went to the office and signed papers and another interview with them and nothing !!! Don’t waste your time here !!!

These people never have any work, they tell you they will put you on the list and call you back, months later and you call them again and they tell you the same thing 😂 Should have a lawsuit on them for denying work to people. Cause they've denied me three times already. Had a friend call them and they scheduled him immediately.

I met Natalie at Express Employment in Santa Ana and had the delightful experience of being introduced to her, interviewed by her, discussing career opportunities with her, and professional life goals and plans to incorporate them. We made together a portfolio to include these goals into her database and it made me feel so welcomed and rest assured that I was placed into good hands towards my career goals! Next, I was able to complete the on-boarding package and begin my search. It didn’t take long and Natalie had me placed by a client who appropriately fit my criteria, plans, goals, and dreams toward a future with my employment needs! I really like the special attention the team has given to me by welcoming me, supporting my plans for my future employment opportunities, and most of all by making me feel special and secure with my choice in moving forward with the position that opened up. I accepted the offer that she presented me and so far, the position has been a perfect fit for me. I believe the client could say the same as they as well have made me feel an important part of the overall hiring and achievements I have made in such a short amount of time with their company. I really look forward each day in going to work and upon doing so, Natalie has been actively checking in on me to see how I’m doing and if there is anything that I would need. Much to my surprise, using an agency has been a very rewarding experience. Teaching for the last 23 years I was very apprehensive about going back to work for just some company and wanted my employment opportunities to be a welcome breath of fresh air. I wanted to be part of a team and not just known as a number or someone who just clocks in from day to day to only repeat the same boring job again the next day. I wanted something rewarding yet challenging, busy, achieving, long lasting, and the opportunity of moving up the ladder. I knew leaving teaching behind would be a struggle as I loved it but during Covid I realized I wanted something more. Natalie has been able to find that for me! I am so happy I chose Express Employment of Santa Ana as they placed me in a location just minutes from home! It feels like a family to me when going to work and Natalie found this perfect position that I would have never found on my own! Not only that, all of the clients workers all come from Express so this job would have never been posted anywhere else but thru Express Employment. It’s nice being able to work my schedule into my work as I was actually ready to retire, however, not yet! I am able to adhere to my firm Doctor appointments and having the hours off built into my schedule. Express Employment has been able to understand my needs and work with me. They listen to your needs, are professional, and want the best for you as an individual and the company that they are employing you with. I can tell they truly put their time and attention into placing the client and employees together appropriately. They make sure it’s a for sure fit for both before moving forward and generally want the most and the best for each of them. I know I certainly do not want to disappoint their client, nor the team from Express! They have put a lot of work into believing in me and employing me into the right direction!
