Absolutely deplorable service. You are put on extended holds for customer service and once you finally get a person on the line they can't help you and transfer you to someone else. You hold again, and then get disconnected. There are multiply contact numbers on line, which is confusing and leads no where. You can not log-in to speak to someone. The site will easily let you make a payment, however. Needless to say, the experience has been sub-par. Shop around, there are plenty of lenders interested in getting your money.

We received a email to see if we were eligible for a refi. From our first phone call with Jeannette Stone, the process was so smooth, comfortable and dare we say stress-free. She worked with us throughout the whole process. Even when there was a small bump in the road on our end, she came up with a several options for us to consider. She didnt give up on us. Call them and let them know. Because of 2 different departments are not corresponding with each other. I have them as well but am not happy with them as a company
