My husband and I couldn't have been happier with Aspen Village and Far West Management. We had to move out because of a new job out of state, otherwise we would still live there now. They take very good care of the grounds. The complex is a peaceful, quiet break from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding city. The pool was always well cared for and clean, and the aviary was fun and unique. The apartments themselves are very clean and well cared for. It was so nice to be able to have in unit laundry and a garage! (They also have a clean laundry facility for those who do not want in unit laundry.) They also have lots of parking, which is unusual for most apartments in the area. All of the staff is very friendly and customer-focused. Our neighbors were super nice. The location is nice also, since it's so close to the 405 and 55 and within walking distance from the mall, two schools, Vons, and Trader Joe's. The last reason why we would recommend them is because they are honest and they do business fairly, unlike so many apartments and management companies out there. They actually gave us a significant portion of our deposit back when we moved out, which we were not expecting (since so many apartments and management companies are dishonest and somehow find a way to use the whole deposit no matter how clean you leave the apartment). I don't usually write reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of Aspen Village and Far West Management, that I just had to write a review to support them, since it's so unusual to find such a good company.
