I have a son who is 22 years old. He got out of jail about a year ago and on probation in OC. Due to homelessness, no transportation in LA, he did not go to probation appointments. He now has a warrant. What can we be done to get probation again.

There are agencies that can help him but he needs to reach out. He can get bus tickets or possibly a bus pass so he can make his appointments. He should probably call his probation officer to see what to do and explain why he wasnt going in. He should ask if he should turn himself in, but either way he needs to make things right and not get in any deeper. He will never be able to find a job unless he does this. Good luck to both of you.

I don't know but i would call his probation officer tommrow. So it takes him 2 to 3 hrs go on the bus. I don't think they will accept and excuse he has. Call legal aid but i don't think they will accept his case because he new the rules.......
