S B don't worry Eviction are so easy to fight in court but you have to know What to say to a judge and on Paper work. Call legal aid and press One I think that's the Option to check if you qualify for free legal aid very easy . Have ready your income to say you dont need to show them proof just a verbal saying of your income and I think your rent amount. If you qualify Then they let you speak to 3 attorneys for free 30 mnts. I've done it all. You get the attorney's private cell phone number which I was surprised. Then have ready your questions and paper and pencil write down all they tell you. Then if you not satisfied call Legal aid again and they give you another 3 attorney's number. But if you dont qualify they can still give you attorney's referral numbers. In the State of California tenants are Protected by a lot of Laws ask Attorney's or a Para Legal. 1st. A LandLord has to give you a Proper Written Legal Notice to leave property. Go to Court they Have Help Center in there

Probably nothing unless you pay your rent. Call them and explain your circumstances.
