It does depend on if they're spayed or not. But it's a lot less expensive than some of the rescues. It also takes a lot less time than adopting from a rescue.. It did take me a few trips and patience on my part to find my little girl. Animal Friends of the valley for me is the way to go. They are happy to answer all your questions when you go down there. They do like you to have a yard but that depends on the size of the dog that you get. God bless you Dianna
