Most of the hiking is too much, but around Hessian Lake is good...all paved and pretty flat with many places to sit.
There is a paved surface at the zoo, but it might be too much for a two year old. I would suggest bringing a stroller.
Can walk around lake or to the zoo. Not difficult...paved surface.
It's not that rough for 2 years old kid. Also it's good to bring your dog too!
It was easy for us when we took our one year old
Depends on what trails you choose and how far out you go. When our son was 2, we found flat trails near the top of Bear Mountain and close to the parking areas throughout Harriman and Bear mountain parks.
No! Theres a trail that is very easy a kid friendly! It will be a little challenging as it is a little long but many children have done it before its very fun.
