One of the deciding factors for our wedding at the Bear Mountain Inn was the on-site Bear Mountain Salon. I loved being able to schedule my wedding party's hair and makeup on-site the day of the wedding; it helped keep the wedding day stress-free. During my hair and makeup trial, I never felt rushed, and the stylists took their time walking me through every decision. Several of our guests were even able to enjoy massages that weekend, and they were so grateful! The entire wedding party looked fabulous, and our pictures benefited from the stylists' great work. I felt so beautiful!

Best Christmas gift ever! My husband treated me to a six-month Signature Membership, in which I chose between a massage or facial…every month! All I had to do was call for my appointment(s): The day I dialed to inquire, I spoke to Annette (the Manager, I later found out) who walked me through my membership. Excited, I booked my first spa day. Greeted by a welcoming huge smile named Eleni, I changed into my robe and began my day of bliss…a massage with Elizabeth, a facial with Mariana and a spa manicure and pedicure with Seleina. I floated home…the following months, I spread the love and enjoyed a massage with Michael and a pedicure with Maria, and one last massage with Elizabeth. Thank you all!!! From Day 1 until my last, I walked out of the The Spa at Bear Mountain relaxed and rejuvenated. Besides the obvious, it was also due to the tranquil and warm surroundings coupled with its’ professional and personable staff. As I was checking out and saying my goodbyes, I asked about the intoxicating scent and found out it was an essential oil blend being diffused throughout…needless to say I purchased “Peace & Harmony” (at a discount ;) and will have a lovely memory of my time at The Spa at Bear Mountain…anytime I like.

My sister and best friend gave me a Spa day for my 50th birthday and we all had such a fantastic day! From the moment we arrived, we all felt welcomed and the entire day with all of our services ran like clockwork. Each member of the staff were so pleasant and are such a happy bunch which you don't often see. I had the best body scrub with Selina. She made me feel very comfortable during this service as I was a bit anxious about it. Alecia and Amanda were also great and so friendly. Annatte is the absolute best! She was phenomenal at keeping our spa day running on time and was great at tending to whatever we needed during the course of our day and always greeted us with water after one of our services. We also had some good laughs which was the perfect ending to our spa day. Will definitely be coming back!

I surprised my boyfriend with coming to bear mountain spa. We both got a massage and a facial and they were incredible. Selena, especially, was amazing! I am only giving this place three stars because of the manager. When we got there the manager didn’t even welcomed us and took us to a bathroom and left. We had no idea what to do so another person told us to just wash our hands. We did and after that, she came back and was rushing us so I got mad. I’m not going to a spa to get rushed and stressed out. I asked if everything was going to be rushed because if it was going to be that way, we were just going to leave. The nice lady at the desk said no and apologized. The manager was next to her and didn’t say a word. After that, we decided to stay and the manager kept acting like nothing happened. We didn’t even get an apology from her. This person should not be the manager of this place. She is doing the opposite of what her job asks her to do which is to make customers want to keep coming back to the spa.
