No sense of urgency for any one

Arrived at 7 am for an 8 am opening for emergency dental services. Was number two in line out of five. Number one left so I should of been first. Wait patiently as the hours pass. Look up and everybody who arrived after me is gone. I’m the only one there still waiting. Rude lady at the door was of no help as to why I hadn’t gotten a phone call yet. Said if they didn’t call me by now they prob won’t fit me in. What’s the point in taking numbers if you’re not going to go in order? So I spent 8 hrs in a cramped car for nothing. In excruciating pain. SMH. Extremely disappointed.

Oh my... The Telehealth/or staff at the front desk's answering service staff is rude. Rush you off the phone, and then hangs up on me.

Yes they will see you. They will put you on a sliding scale pay fee based on your income. They have Dr, dentist, vision, OB. They have small office in Hillandale and the larger one in Stone Mountain. ( also a NorthLake and Conyers office)
Walk-in start at 11am until they are fill then again at 3pm. Every location is different, so check with them first.
