I had the greatest experience! The manager Melissa is attentive and very helpful. Jade, Alayna and Susan were exceptional. Dr. Bade is the greatest! He is knowledgeable and personable. I’d recommend this particular office to everyone.

Do not buy glasses at this location, the staff is unfriendly at the front desk, they WILL NOT let you know that your glasses have arrived and the overall professionalism is a zero. I used to love this place a few years ago but now I’m sticking to the Decatur location.

Made an appointment, came in, waited over a hour for them to tell me the equipment not working very unprofessional. the workers having fun wasting people time and money. Now i have to wait over two weeks for my next appointment- America's Best Sucks!

No appointment needed. There may be a little wait depending on the amount of customers. It's always better to go 1st thing in the morning. Or between 1:30ish - 3:00pm.
