Service has gone down. Cars are not clean and the last vehicle I rented was a 2020 Van with outdated features. Ex : one USB outlet !!!! Everyone had to standup in Van to charge their devices.

They get 2 stars because they're close to my house and have good rates, but these cars are always dirty. Today I rented a van and marked the scraped rear panel but I wish I had looked better at the inside. They didn't bother cleaning this thing at all. It looks like somebody was living in it, threw up in it and didn't clean it up good. I just scraped GUM off the inside of the back door. And they don't answer the phone. If I didn't have somewhere to be I would take it back. Sure do wish my people would do better. EDIT: I brought the car back and asked the young lady if they even have anyone cleaning the cars anymore. She basically rolled her eyes at me and asked to see the paperwork. I guess she was going to try to blame the scratches on the bumper on me. So incredibly irritated. I think this is the last time they get my money.

Most definitely makes it easier to rent but u can use a debt carb but gotta bring in a light bill or gas bill or something with proof of addres
