Disappointing. Went for a lip and brow wax yesterday. Told the gal that ive reacted/broken out from waxing there before and she even pulled my file. Used a "different" wax and I STILL broke out. Actually went back today and did get a refund (only reason for some stars), but basically now have to hide in my house until this disgusting mess on my face heals. Another gal tried to help, but so scared to have them do anything I freaked out before she did anything and stopped it.

Always a great service. Many of the service providers have been there for years. Very relaxing spa setting. I've had a variety of services there and no complaints at all. Love it! Rewards program is nice prices aren't bad for the relaxing quality experience.

Gabi gave me an amazing 90-minute treatment! She definitely has the healing touch and intuitively new right where to focus. She was also very in tune with when I felt chatty and when I didn't. I'll be back!
