Where do you fish in bear mountain state park

The sign said fishermen welcome at Hessian lake. The one with the boats next to the lodge.

Well you would fish at the pond and the lake because they have the most fishes

The lake where the boat rides are, i have seen people fishing, as to if you can do that? Im not sure.
