Someone stole a package off my porch. I went into my Amazon app chat, told them, sighted the order number, they refunded my account and I just reordered the item.
Look up your order information. There will be steps to take. Go back to the email or app or account and it will be on there.

To my knowledge, customer service or the seller of the item are the only people to contact for missing package.
