I am a podiatrist in the Portland metro area and they have been taking care of my patients for the last decade offering services in custom bracing, diabetic shoes, and orthotics. Meredith the owner and her staff are very friendly and offer quality care and products. I will continue to send my patients their way!!

Good luck on getting in to a valid appointment. Their customer service is atrocious. Had an appointment for June 15th and the scheduling the appointment said since my insurance with Moda was going to end at the end of July and Medicare would be kicking in, I had to wait till Medicare kicked in. A couple weeks ago she called and said everything was OK and set me up with an appointment for what turns out to be tomorrow. Today she calls back and the insurance wouldn't work for them and I would need to be out of pocket to the tune of $500 plus and wanted to move my appointment up. Just called back to find out if I was going to make it. I told her to cancel it. I don't think this company needs my business. Go somewhere else.

I come to Crary to add a heel lift to every new pair of shoes I purchase. For years I have tried solutions to make up the difference of my true leg length discrepancy but have found the permanent solution with Crary. The quality is superb and has yet to show any indications of failure, and it blends so well that it can be hard to see that I am wearing one lifted boot or shoe. I'll keep returning to Crary for work on all my shoes knowing that I'm paying for something that will help reduce my pain for a long time.
