Visited once for X-rays. They alleged that they did not properly x-ray my mouth and therefore could not charge me for it. Upon check-out I was assured I did not owe anything. Five months later, I received a call stating that I had outstanding debt that they were sending to collections. I had not heard from them before this. I called, and received an answering machine at first. I called again, and they informed me that my address was and that was why I was not receiving bills. They were going to send me to collections over 30 dollars and having a wrong address. I personally have always put in my correct address, I do not believe it was on my end. In terms of dentistry, they allegedly could not properly X-ray me. I have not been back and will not go back.

Great experience, even during COVID. Office has extended safety protocols in place, staff is friendly and everyone explains things thoroughly. I was new to the area and needed a new dentist; happy to report NW Dental is my new dental home. I even had a filling done today and have nothing but good things to report!

Dr Richard Dietrich and his staff do exceptional dental work. I had an old filling replaced. They took care to assure the best quality of work. It was a front tooth, they matched the filling color perfectly to my teeth. Visually it's not apparent a repair was even done. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Dietrich and his staff are truly first-rate (among the finest dental care that I have had in my life). I have had my teeth repaired with bonding material several times in my life. Dr. Dietrich recently restored some bonding work on my teeth. His work is definitely the finest that I have had (looks great, feels great, works great). Thank you Dr. Dietrich and staff. Chris
