Dr. Chung and her assistant were wonderful - so kind, friendly, thorough and professional. Carrie was also so very helpful in seeing to my frames and lenses. I knew that I was good hands and I so appreciate you all and the great service you provide!

The staff is friendly and efficient. They communicate very well, so I always knew what was going on. They were welcoming, professional, very competent. I received the most thorough examination ever, all the findings were carefully, patiently explained to me, and I left knowing exactly what my status and options were. My experience at EHNW was exceptionally satisfying!

Very attentive and they worked quickly. They always do a great job. Masks are an issue. None of the customers were wearing N95s, nor many of the staff that I could tell. The masks that were being worn were both not worn correctly and merely, as CNN puts it, facial decorations. Wearing these masks are not preventing the spread of the very contagious omicron.

We arrived on time and checked-in and we were told to waiting area to be called, We were called in to see the doctor, once we were in the room the assistant do all the prep work, assistant take us to take eye pictures, and then go back outside to wait again, then assistant called us back in again to the room, Dr. will show 10 to 15 mins later, the visit Dr. with was good and he explain everything to us, he make sure we understand. “Waiting time” at Eye Health Northwest office, is waiting, waiting, waiting.. By the end of the appointment, total time could 2 hours to 3 hours, that’s too long time for anyone and special for senior. Staffing in this office was excellent! we give 2 star for Waiting time we give 5 star for Staffing in this office was excellent!
