Spanish Ranch 1 is very large, all-ages mobile home community with many people who are primarily blue collar working families or retirees. The park is kept very nice, especially for a mobile home park. Keeping it nice requires careful vetting of new residents, which involves a background check and a fiscal background check that takes up to 30 days to complete. Residents need a high enough credit score, have proof of three times their monthly housing expenses, and a relatively clean record. The downside of having a nice park is rules; the HOA and management team can be polarizing due to their need to enforce these rules to keep things nice. Management feels a bit understaffed at times due to there being over 400 homes in the community and the need to keep up the private electrical/gas/water/sewer systems for all 400+ homes. Management keeps an emergency pager for emergencies and always have answered non-emergency messages in a timely manner (within the next business day).

It is true that they are beautiful little houses and the place but I have complaints about how they are all the workers there are hostile people who believe that opening their garn mouth one is afraid of them and it is true that they have favoritism and only leaves them with those who fall for them well do what you want and come to shout at your own home are abusive do not let them live in peace I do not recommend living there in Spanish Ranch maybe you want to improve your space and do not leave you and threaten you to say that you are going To get out of that place. I think that one also has the right to call them to the plocia when they arrive from abusive people entering private property. The truth for me they only do it so that one is afraid of them, I hope that we all intend to take them out and that, in goodness, people arrive with education are some licks boots, nothing more

Beautiful park, lots of trees and greenery. Management is friendly, place is quiet and well maintained. Pool open during summer, year-round hot tub. 2 communal clubhouses residents can use. A+!
