I had a great experience with scrub med! don’t judge this place on the outside appearance. they have a really nice selection of scrubs and clogs. The saleswoman was really nice and let me try on a ton of scrubs to find the right ones! She also helped me order a pair that they didn’t have in stock in the color I wanted.

Great customer service. Michelle helped me over the phone to send me a label for a return. She also was able to make changes to an order that I’d placed but that hadn’t shipped yet. She was super helpful, polite, friendly and efficient. Love this place and their scrubs.

Scrub Med is the BEST place in Portland to get your scrubs! Michele is fantastic to work with and she is an expert in the medical garment field. She does all my custom scrub production for my clinic, and I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. They have an immense selection of options in the store and she can always order something from one of their suppliers if you need a specific color or print. They do alterations, too, if you need things made to fit better. This is the only place I'll ever go to get my scrubs, and I highly recommend it!
