Are appointments required? My tire has a brand new tube & still keeps losing air, and I don’t know why. But every time I’ve stopped in I’m either brushed off or rushed off like an inconvenience. How can I get a little help, please?

Calling for availability or making an appointment is a good idea. Every bike shop I know has so much work theybare backed up by a few weeks. Covid has everyone riding bikes.
