Great, local bike shop! Owner answered all my questions and helped get my bike going how I requested, I even had a last minute change and he was accommodating and patient! I like to support local businesses in my area and I’m grateful to have a trusty bike shop in the neighborhood with cool bikes, accessories and sock guy socks! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Worst experience I’ve had at any business. I was told to bring my bicycle in so they can measure which seat post would be the accurate one because my seat was stolen. They didn’t tell me anything about leaving the bicycle here. I returned two days later with my bike and I was informed that they need to keep my bicycle here for at least 24 hours to “sanitize it.” I have some news for this business, their shop is empty, fitting the correct post takes 5 minutes and the contact time for most sanitizing wipes is 5 minuets. I have some on me in fact. I’m very disappointed that you couldn’t accommodate a healthcare worker who relied no this bike to get to work.
