Do you make sure customers are happy with their bike before they leave the shop? That has not been my experience and now I hardly ride because of the maintenance job done to my bike from here.

I agree with Marco. I've only had good experiences at Cal Coast. They're incredibly helpful and the staff is very friendly. Great people to do business with.

That has not been my experience at all. I purchased a bike from Cal Coast and the experience so far has been outstanding. From the owner dedication to ensure the best experiense, the floor staff who is always ready to help with technical questions and insights on brands, components, etc to the mechanics who I consider the best in class. These guys are very honest, pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable, have lots of experience on what they do, and are very professional. I leave in Encinitas but I only shop for bikes and service my bike at Cal Coast. Cal Coast is one of the best local bike shops in San Diego county, if not the best.

See my review for my experience and they haven't done anything to make it right. I spent over 600 on repairs on my bike and it it worse than before I brought it in. Maybe they take better care of you if you bought your bike here
