If you are considering purchasing ANY e-bike, do yourself a favor and see Matt at Electric Bike Central first. At the onset of the pandemic, I did my internet research and was convinced I knew the best type of e-bike for my needs. Matt was able to educate me on the different options I was considering, as well as guide me toward an e-bike that has been a great fit for me these last few years. And regardless of whether I purchased from his shop, he was very professional and knowledgable and took his time helping me make the best decision for my lifestyle rather than rushing me out the door. I ultimately bought an e-bike from his shop and couldn’t be happier. I also service my e-bike at EBC and have had an excellent experience every time. This bike shop is amazing. I don't leave reviews often but this company deserved one. I just bought a Turbo Levo E-bike a week ago. I love it but I ran into 1 huge problem. My Husky puppy got bored and decided to eat the battery charger. Seriously, what are the chances of that! I found this company while searching the net and I am so happy with my decision to purchase from here. I ordered on a Wednesday night at 10pm. The charger showed up Friday at 11am. That is what you call amazing! I was a tad nervous because it said 7 to 10 days on their website but that was wrong. I live in the same state so that helped I'm sure but they obviously got the charger boxed and sent immediately. I will definitely be using this bike shop for all of my future needs.

Matt was awesome and helpful through the whole process. Answered all my extra questions and concerns. Informed me of a deal on the model I called about, and even held the price for a day while I got someone to loan me the amount. The bike itself is really fun, it's great to be able to cruise at top speed at not be worn out not. The stepthrough frame of the Magnum is nice too. Much easier on my hip.
