Walked in and was ignored :( in their defense I am really shy so maybe I did not seem too approachable but I wish they would've greeted me or alteast asked me if I had any questions, cause I did! I'm new to the world of cycling so I have lots of questions and wanted to buy supplies but I wish the workers had the initiative to engage with customers, I have a hard time with social situations and something as small as a "hello" would've made a huge difference! I was interested in buying a bike lock, bike bag, reflective lights and a bell but after a few minutes of browsing and no acknowledgement I just left. But they did have a really nice selection! Pricing seemed fair too! And their open support of the LGBT community is what made me choose to walk into this store. I just wish the overall experience would've felt more welcoming. I'm not posting this review to be hateful but rather to just ask the workers to be more open to talking with customers even if they seem shy! That's all :) Thank you.

I brought my bike in for a tune-up and couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the way my bike felt riding home. Ryan is a great technician, advised me well and as I I said, I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommended.

My go-to shop for whenever I need ANYTHING for my bike! Fair prices, knowledgeable sales and service staff, and they're usually playing some great music. If Scott and team doesn't have what you need, they will get it. Go in as a customer and leave as a friend; these folks are great!

This shop really goes above and beyond, I feel like they cant help themselves from making your bike run as flawlessly as possible. I have dealt with some other shops in the area and they have not come close to MJ’s. Also they have a great selection of tools lubricants.
