It was my first time popping into this bike and ski shop and I’m happy I did. The customer service was awesome! Super friendly and helpful staff. Full service repair shop for all your bike and skiing needs. They had a good selection of mountain and electric bikes and from the sounds of it could order you just about anything. Parking isn’t the best but it’s well worth going out of the way to support local and get great quality help or gear you need visiting these guys.

My gf recommended them, as they helped her with a used bike that she purchased on Offer Up. I went there after visiting another shop and spoke with Kevin. He happened to have time to help me immediately....threw my bike up on the rack, and looked it over so I could assess whether it needed a tune up and if it was worth to fix. He gave me very practical, but thorough answers, checked the air in the tires and lubed the chain for free, and quickly installed a new (inexpensive) component that I purchased, so I could ride it out of the shop right away. There was no pressure for additional goods/services and the prices were very reasonable for what I got. He was very friendly and I'll definitely return there based on my first experience. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic place to take your bike, their service stuff is super friendly. I walked in with a question and walked out with everything I needed to fix my bike. The people who work at the store are very knowledgeable and excited to help. I would recommend this store as a bike shop for anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and a quick turnaround on their bike!
