This is the best spot for electric bikes in San Diego, bicycles are well maintained and they are cool. Great customer service and price is a good match. Great experience. My 2 year old had a fun time thank you

We had a wonderful experience! Great bikes and fair price. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout. They made sure everyone had a great and hassle-free holiday.

I came in to get my ebike fixed since the back tire had blown. They went above and beyond, looking at the entire bike and readjusting the parts that needed it despite me only bringing it in for the back tire. The workers here are friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!!

I just bought an Element. Could not be happier with the bike or the experience. After doing a ton of research online I was attracted to Pedego due to their all around solid reviews, their strong national dealer presence, and reputation for excellent and easy same day repairs. Shawn the owner could not have been more friendly, efficient and thorough through the sales process. Everything I wanted was in stock. Black bike, fenders and rack. I upgraded to a suspension seat post and they had all the Pedego accessories on hand (phone holder, bag, etc.). I might need to get one of their amazing helmets that are built with speakers that connect through Bluetooth to your phone for music, phone calls or open mic with your fellow riders. In doing my research the brand is supposedly all about doing right by the customer. As in, "Anything not working right? We'll replace it no questions asked." That vibe came across clearly to me. As for the bike, it's amazing. Super fun and rides really well. I'm super glad I chose Pedego!

Yes, he will let you test drive and buy a new one. He's a very courteous and helpful owner.
Yes for most trails they are allowed. There are class 1 and class 2 bikes and some trails have different regulations. Is there a specific trail you are looking to ride? Hi, yes Mission trails accept ebikes class 1 and 2. As long as you stay on designated bike trails and multi-use trails. I believe top speed for any bikes on the trails is 10 mph. Here is a link to their map and regulations. https://mtrp.org/trail-maps/. Ebikes are not "motorized vehicles" by code so those signs do not apply.
Hi, sorry we do not rent trikes at this location. I do not know of a place that rents trikes. My apologies.
Hi Kimberley, it is doable on our pedal assist bikes. It is about 50% path 50 street, but many of the streets have bike Lanes. I have maps here I can help you plan your route. 😀
Hi Alvin, yes there are several conversion kits available. Check out Luna Cycle online for starters. Issues to be aware of, support, service, replacement parts, and a bike not originally design to be an bike (brakes, frame, spokes, etc) a lot of that depends on the type of riding you want to do. We don't sell conversion kits but am happy to walk you through one of our bikes so you can get an idea of the overall system.
Yes, you can rent them by the hour and I am almost certain my father received a senior discount.
