I think they have discontinued the voucher program. I can recommend Critters Care mobile vet. Reasonable rates and less traumatic because your pet stays home
They don't fix adopted pets. And they stopped the voucher program
Scraps does not do the neutering. They will give you a coupon for a discount when you license your pet.
