They did it again I needed to add a outside water spicket and they sent out Derrick to do the job. What a great service person he is. He was on time knowable person. He did a great job and you need to keep him. What an asset to your team he is . Please thank him for his service. We had a slow running drain in our basement and new it needed permanent repair. They send out Brendt to run a camera down the drain and he found a blockage. We needed to replace a backflow valve. He scheduled us for 4 days later. This guy Brendt was so talented Honest and the hardest worker I've ever seen. By himself the work he did was the work of 3 people. I've worked in Building maintenance for 40 years and have never seen a harder worker. I wish Roto Rooter would hire a helper for him. To loose a worker like Brendt would be a great loss. He cleaned fabricated very organized. Thanks Brendt 111. He's the greatest. Thank You.

If you just need a bandage but the problem not solved, then they are ok. Water backing up in house from septic tank. Wanted to have tank pumped, as they were already coming. Technician came with no camera or truck to pump. He was able to clear out clog from clean out. But I would have to pay for another truck the next day to get a camera to see if any more issues and get the tank pumped. The tech was nice, but unprepared for the job to be completed.

I had a main sewer line clog roughly 200 feet and they came out on time and hooked up their equipment and got me up in running very quickly!! The price was RIGHT!! The first plying company that came out didn't resolve the problem and wanted 2000 dollars to do what Roto Rooter did with less than half the cost!! Highly recommend!
