I really appreciate the customer service from Hannah. She went out of her way to take a closer look at my bill and found out I was charged incorrectly and credited the over paid money to my account. Super friendly and she fixed this issue fast. As a single mom of 3 every penny counts and she helped us out a lot by finding this slip up in my billing. Thank you Hannah!

Still will not clean our out portable restroom. When we called to find out why they said the gate was locked even though it was not. They said they can make another trip out the following week for an extra charge. Why would we pay more money if you wouldn’t do the job the first time? If you want to have a company that just collects your money and doesn’t provide the service you are paying for this is your best bet. All of our neighbors that are building were using this company and now they have all switched to American on site, I see why now. We will be switching as well, American on-site is a little more expensive but at least they will provide the service you are paying for.

UPDATE: A manager from Sunshine came to our house and brought a gift card for the local hardware store to replace the can that was lost. The fact that he came to our house to find resolution is greatly appreciated. As a business owner myself I know a company is made by its employees. Sunshine you have a good manager that makes your company look good. For that, I have changed my rating to a five star. Thank you for making this right. We are very disappointed with Sunshine Disposal. They sent us a notice stating our garbage pickup was being changed from Wednesday morning to Thursday morning. On the date when the change was to take place we put our cans out on Wed evening so they could be picked up on Thu morning. To our surprise, our cans were not picked up Thu morning. We called the office and the person who looked it up for us stated the drivers refused to change their schedule so the original pick up day still applied. We voiced our frustration with not being notified. They apologized and told us we could put out one of our own cans out in addition to our normal can due to our can not being picked up that week. I felt that this was very reasonable and was pleased with the outcome. The following week we put our additional can out with our normal can. After the garbage was picked up our additional can was gone. We called their office and they checked with the driver. Their driver told them he remembered the can and that it slipped out of his arms after dumping and rolled into the grassy ditch. We let them know we do not have a grassy ditch as we just had 2" basalt rock installed in our ditches bordering the road and did not have any grass within 30' of the road. They checked with their driver and called us back and told us there was nothing they could do as the driver said he left the can there. In other words, they think somebody stole our 15 year old beat up garbage can. I believe the can fell into their truck and they disposed of it. In the end, a little customer service would have gone a long way. Had they offered to take $15 off the bill I would have been fine. They are quick to charge us anytime the lid is not completely flat on the can do to a little extra garbage however when they are clearly in the wrong there is little to no trying to make it right. I am very disappointed. If you can choose to not do business with them I wouldn't.

Yes most appliances are free but refridgerators are an extra $20
They take them yes. But you will have to pay them to dump it at the establishment.
They do not buy anything, try Action Recycling or Earthworks Recycling, they buy cans.
I think you pay by the how much you weigh in and weigh out
Yes they do, I believe they charge a certain minimum 1st ton charge, then it increases after that. I believe it's around $20, but my boss has an account so I don't pay you may want to check before you go on cost.
Yes, they do
Look why take your metal scrap here take it to Pacific recycling they will pay you cash for it
It's a transfer station I don't see why not. I've taken a ton of landscape stuff.
Well answer the question please
No.
Yes
You are only able to drop 4 tires in a single load. But can pay extra I believe for the others. I'm not exactly sure what the price would be know the extras
No it's about $50 per ton with around $17 as the minimum charge
They do take old carpets and pads, minimum price is roughly 17.00, and after that it is around $100 per ton.
Yes it's just a pay by weight transfer station
No, they do not
Yes they take those as regular garbage.
Their phone systems are automated, you'd probably have to follow the recorded menu prompts to get to customer service.
I think they still have automatic, but I think with the wind its scattering it everywhere. Maybe someone's can tipped over or something.
That depends on what you are dumping. I believe clean green is ~$50 and trash is ~$100 per ton.
They don't take anything for free. But if it's just light stuff the cost will not be very high.
Yes they will
There Is no online payment
Yes they close at 5pm
They go by pounds they will weigh you going in and coming out $15 and up
If you take them to All American Recycling they will pay you for it
Yes, the Haz Mat area is the drive before the entrance to the scales on the west side of the street.
No they will not pick it up
If they don't, I know the Sullivan Transfer Station will take it for free.
Yeah, I think so
Yes but only in the correct drop off section.
It may depend on where you live. I'm in the valley and we pay $17 month for recycling bins.
It was about 50 dollars for 1035 pounds. Recycling is free though!
Recycling is free. You have to separate it your self. The charge 15$ for up to 300 pounds of garbage.
