Would not recommend this company at all . What they say and what they do are two different things. They told me I would get a refund when I take the tank out. Now they say I won't. I have been trying to get tank removed for 8 days, and now they are telling me it will be August. After all what are they doing that they are so busy in July . I reckon they would say people have their heat on. Again I wouldn't recommend them . Just make sure you know about the hazmat charge of $15.99 every time they fill your tank and the sur charge fee of $10.99 . Bottom line is you're pay $26.98 extra every time you fill up. I've talk to other companies that don't charge extra.

Broadway location. The guy that comes out and fills the bottles is great, very quick and friendly and helpful. Only issue is the transaction - it takes the guy longer to do the paperwork and take the money than to fill the bottle. For retail transactions they really need to streamline it. Take the Visa card, charge it, and be done. Like a gas station. Leave the multipart forms and data entry for delivery and commercial ops. I’m sure it’s a “but we have always done it that way!” kind of thing. Don’t let the accounting department run the business. 🙂
