Had to get one tire replaced that is now discontinued talked to Bill at the Spokane Valley store is an absolute ROCKSTAR of a guy he not only helped me track it down they had it in stock!!!!! Not only was he helpful he went above and beyond will be using them again. Thank you Bill you are one heck of a guy!!!!

Rude called to ask if I have to set an appointment for a flat tire. And she said not with me I close at 5. I was gunna leave work at 430 to make it because on the Google page when you look them up it says they close at 6. She could of been nicer and just said that they close at 5

A little irritated bc I towed my car to Firestone. My car would not start. The front desk guy said he didn't see anything wrong. I drove off and it died again. I have to tow it again after I paid $32 at Firestone for them to inspect my car. I understand I didn't ask for an engine diagnostic but I thought they would suggested it. It got towed to your business bc I could not start it.

Quick, efficient, and as far as I can tell, very honest. I had a screw in my tire that I knew was near the sidewall, so I took it in to aee if they could fix it. It was a no, but they got my new tire on without much fuss, late on a Sunday afternoon. I will be back for my next set of tires.
