They have a vet come in a couple times a week for vaccinations and to fix animals. In not sure if they offer any other low cost services, but it worth checking out.
SCRAPS does not currently offer veterinary services to the public. Based on my personal experience, if you suspect the allergy is food based, as general advice, you can try a grain free diet or pay attention to the protein source in your pet's food and choose a less common protein such as fish or bison or turkey which your animal is less likely to be allergic to. As always, seeking veterinary advice is best when possible.
try googling holistic remedies on pienterest. try to use dawn dish liquid as a shampoo. call vets offices if there is a free clinic or ask if there is a vet school who provides free services. good luck
