I'm new to the trail running world, but quickly realized I needed a good pair of shoes. A family member recommended Fleet Feet. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I had never had someone help me pick out a pair of shoes before. From the moment I walked in the door, the Fleet Feet employee from the Spokane Valley store, named Jennifer was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and after asking me several questions and scanning my feet, she was able to recommend some shoes that would best fit my feet. I ended up trying on 5 pairs of shoes, and 2 different insoles. After walking and jogging in each pair, it was pretty easy to narrow it down to a single pair that best fit my needs. She even recommended a good pair of socks. In total she spent about an hour with me. Anyone new to the running world, or even experienced runners could benefit from getting a proper scan and fit. I doubt I'll ever buy my shoes from anyone else again. Thank you, Jennifer.
