I bought a ring online and they sent me the wrong ring. I have been wearing rings for years, this was definitely the wrong size. When I sent it back they tried to say it was the right size and that I have to pay for the return shipping which is $16. It’s really disappointing that a shop I have been buying from for years could screw people over like this.

All surfaces are sanitized on a frequent basis, rings are wiped off with alcohol to be sanitized after being tried on, 6 ft stickers are on the floor and at the ring table to promote social distancing. All employees and customers have to wear masks. Employees do temperature checks and health screenings before they start their shifts.
