Why does the scraps vehicle say 24 hour response, but the phone number after hours is no help?

Because the people in those Vehicles go out for 9-1-1 emergency calls when an animal is involved or attacking the only way i know to get through is to be patched in by emergency Dispatch only. And just because we don't see what's going on behind scenes does not mean its not going. I suspect the emergency teams all over the world work 24 hours whenever there's a need.

This is one question I can't answer, but suspect it has yo do with cut backs and staffing.
