Definitely Scraps on Trent. They'll check if he's chipped and try to locate the owner.

I would suggest SCRAPS or the Spokane Humane Society. SCRAPS IS AT 6815 E Trent.

You can drop him off at scraps off of Napa and mission it's just before Trent on the left side or you can bring him to the one off of Francis and market over the bridge and they can scan him to see if he is chipped. Good luck and hope he can be addopped.
