They have them incinerated/disposed of if they died in there care or were brought in doa.
SCRAPS only takes strays. Family Pet Memorial does pet cremation. You should be able to drop the animal off at your vet clinic to be picked up by them. If not, you definitely can at the emergency vet clinic on Division. Cost varies depending on the services you choose.
I am not sure, however family pet memorial does, and their prices are reasonable
