My address was used without my permission to register a dog held by scraps,how do I remove my adress as the registered address you have on file?

The addresses are just indications of where the dog was found, not registration information.

I would call and ask questions or go in person to ask questions and be removed and if that doesn't work report this to crime check and ask questions if this is legal and if not see what you could do.
