Wags & Whiskers (Moses Lake area resident's) gives out vouchers for $50 Fe/$20 male off the vets price. Almost all the vets are over charging $200-250++(girls), requiring blood work, current rabies vaccine (dogs AND cats). Plus, plus. Blood work is NOT required for spay/neuter, nor rabies shot for cats. Just a way for some Vets offices to charge more. They say Pet Savers is inexpensive & competent. (In Spokane). There was a voucher program, but it has been discontinued.
To my knowledge, that's where you go to get the voucher however I would call ahead and ask. Hopefully this helps.
They have a lot of programs, not sure if that's one of them.
